Delicious breakfast at reasonable rate for all tastes. Well furnished rooms complete with showers and a modern equipment, thoughtful stuff. Good facilities in general, excellant and exceptionally nice location near train station. Nearby Chez Justine - great place to chill out.

hotel is very well located. At 50-100 meters, on the Avenue de la Republique, there is a metro station (Rue Saint-Maur). Two of them also knew Spanish perfectly, there was a lot of walking in a nearby street, Rue Oberkampf. It is very fashionable and full of bars, restaurants, pizzerias and like. You can have breakfast and dinner at a good price. on Friday and Saturday nights you can hear the noise from the hotel rooms. If you're one of those who doesn't sleep well or wakes up easily, maybe you should think about it. If you arrive at the hotel tired and you are one of those who sleep well, there is no problem. beds are very comfortable but a bit tight in length. My son is 6'2" and he had to shrink his legs. Surely the beds were 1. 90 when the ideal would have been 2. 00 long. We stayed for breakfast once at the hotel and it was all good but breakfast seemed very fair for a 10 euro buffet. There was perhaps a lack of hot products such as sausages, omelettes, fried eggs, etc. hotel, in general, is very good value for money for what Paris is.

Absolutely loved the location, but the room was noisy. I also thought I would recieve a complimentary upgrade for enduring such noise! Despite my vexation, I almost considered a positive review, but just couldn't stand those shocking gaps under the doors.

Very, clean venue. They offer gel, shampoo, hair dryer and moisturizer. bed and pillows are quite comfortable.. room has a small fridge, is very useful for storing water or soft drinks, for example.. There is a subway stop incredibly close, about 100 meters away.. They kept our luggage the day we were leaving so that we could enjoy the city without having to carry our bags.. One of the receptionists (who attended us on the morning of Tuesday 2/10/2018) speaks perfect Spanish and is incredibly friendly. My congratulations.
- The room is quite small, but acceptable. - The views from the room are of a very poorly maintained inner courtyard.. - One of the receptionists (she attended us on Friday 28/9/2018 at noon) is not particularly friendly, rather serious, and did not show much interest because we understood what she was saying, even though we explained to her that we do not speak French. That bothered us.

Room is small, cozy, with a small balcony. It's 50 meters from the nearest subway. Around the corner there are a lot of restaurants and cafes, bakery/confectionery, it is impossible to stay hungry. At a distance of the quarter - grocery store, even on Sunday worked until 15. they moved in at once, despite the fact that the check-in was from 2 p. One of the workers at the reception spoke Russian, thanks to him, helped to solve one specific problem, in English would be difficult to explain to me. :-)
The hotel one week before the trip blocked the amount of payment for accommodation on the card, and on departure - wrote off the second amount from the card, the first at that time has not yet returned. In order to unblock the amount - on arrival home had to call the bank. It's not lethal (I took an extra amount with me just in case the blocked money isn't coming back yet, and I'll have to pay for the hotel on check-out), but I recommend to keep it in mind.

I liked the location. It's literally a 1 minute walk from the subway. The room is small, but in Paris, budget rooms are all like this. There was a small fridge minibar full of drinks. But a big bottle of water got in. They cleaned every day. Everything was clean. There was a kettle in the room and tea, coffee, sugar and paper cups were constantly updated. I can't say something about breakfast, as we didn't take it. There's a luggage room downstairs for the late check-out.
The windows of our room overlooked the street where the bars and cafes were. It was a little loud. At reception, they asked for a bank card by which we paid for the hotel. The card was taken 8 days before arrival.

Very close to the metro, so didn't mind walking back to the hotel late at night. Like most mid-priced hotels in Paris the rooms are a little small, But I don't visit Paris to sit in the hotel all day. The room was clean and the shower was powerful, The area itself is slightly down market, but if you do your homework there is plenty to enjoy right on your doorstep.
It helps if you are fit as the lift is tiny and when the hotel is busy, it's easier and quicker to walk up and down the stairs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is superb (restaurants, metro, pubs...). Clean rooms. We had a good time there :-)
The lift is quite slow and sometimes would not work.

Location near metro station, tea/coffee in the room, always clean, nice personnel at reception
Very small lift, no free WiFi internet, one morning water in bathroom was not warm enough

What's great and what's not
The staff was friendly! And it's in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of bars nearby.
Rooms were smaller than expected, and noise from the street could be unsettling later at night.

Very pleasant hotel. Clean rooms. Nice and complaisant staff. The hotel is located very close to metro (1 minute walk). Comfortable room ( kettle with coffe, tea, sugar etc. , mini bar , safe, conditioner ). In front of hotel there is a mini shop , pub, coffe house. To summarise, our stay was very pleasant and price is quite low for such quality.
There was no free wi-fi :)
